I have spent today in a state of feeling like an alien - not quite born yesterday, maybe just born somewhere else.

As I continue to live my life on Earth, though, I realise over and over how much really clear instruction means to me. You think you are very flexible until some stuff happens outside your boundaries of can-do and it all starts to get very ugly...
